RECEPTION ACCEPTANCE

Before their arrival, guests send photographs or detailed information of their valid identity documents via Whatsapp.
The documents are sent to the accommodation portal of the State Police.
Documents accepted: Identity Card, Passport or Driving License.
The personal data provided by guests are treated according to the PRIVACY information displayed in the hotel.

EARLY DEPARTURES

The hotel is entitled to pay the agreed amount for the entire stay.

NO SMOKING

In all internal areas of the hotel, including the rooms, smoking is prohibited (Article 51 of Law 3 of 16/01/03).
Guests are kindly requested to use the common area of ​​the hotel or the balconies to smoke.

TIME OF SILENCE

In the hours 14.30 – 16.30 and 23.00 – 08.00 we kindly ask customers to observe a behavior appropriate to ensure that the rest of the guests is not disturbed (including the high tone of voice).
The use of television or radio is allowed with extreme moderation and in any case in full compliance with the time of silence.

PRIVACY

The right to protection of each customer’s personal data is guaranteed by compliance with the provisions of the GDPR 2016/679 regulation.

PRIVACY POLICY

The processing of personal data takes place with correctness and transparency, for lawful purposes and protecting the privacy and rights of the user.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations can be made in the following ways:

Directly in the hotel;
Via telephone and Whatsapp or e-mail;
On-line: it is possible to book through the on-line booking present on our website or on the portals where our accommodation facility is inserted.

STANDARD CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

If cancellation occurs within 14 days before arrival, no penalties will be applied.

If the cancellation occurs within 7 days before arrival, a 50% penalty will be applied.

If the cancellation is received beyond the limit indicated above or in case of no-show, a 100% penalty will be applied.
